  • All products are shipped frozen in Styrofoam coolers and are shipped three day select. We ship Mondays and Tuesday for perishable items so they will arrive before the weekend. We do not ship signature required, so please ship where someone is there to receive your product, or you fill safe having it left at your door or the person you are shipping it to.. If you place your order on Wednesday,Thursday,Friday or threw the weekend it will be shipped on Monday if it has time to arrive before holiday or weekend. If we fill this is impossible we will notify you. At this time, Glenwood Smoked Products ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Glenwood Smoked Products ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Unless you ship upgrade order all orders are shipped FedEx three day express, and are guaranteed to arrive in two days. Every effort is made to ship your order to arrive by preferred delivery date. No refunds will be given for circumstances beyond are control, such as weather,being given an incorrect or incomplete address or if no one is available to receive the package.
